Unknown Gunmen Kidnap Top APC Politician

Uba Boris, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), was kidnapped in Bauchi by unknown gunmen.

According to reports, he was apprehended by gunmen at the CBN roundabout near the AA Rano filling station on the Federal Lowcost Road around 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

According to Vanguard, the attackers, who were on two motorcycles, fired gunshots into the air to scare people away from the area.

According to an eyewitness, the politician was quickly hauled out of his car and into a waiting automobile, where they continued to fire rounds into the air as they drove away.

He went on to say that the kidnappers drove down Nassarawa Street before turning around when they saw a police patrol van approaching and speeding down Federal Lowcost Road.

According to Vanguard, nothing has been heard regarding the kidnapped politician’s whereabouts as of this morning.

SP Mohammed Ahmed Wakili, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), has yet to publish a statement regarding Boris’ disappearance.
